View PowerPoint presentations online without installing Microsoft Office. Open PPTX files, browse slides, search presentation text, zoom the viewer, review notes, and inspect presentation metadata with local browser processing. This tool provides a browser preview, so the final presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint may look different. Legacy PPT files should be converted locally to PPTX first.
PowerPoint Viewer lets you open and inspect PowerPoint presentations directly in your browser. Upload a PPTX file to browse slides, search text, zoom the viewer, review speaker notes, and check document metadata.
The tool reads the PPTX ZIP package in your browser, loads presentation XML parts, indexes slide text, and extracts supported metadata and media. This makes slide search and navigation fast without server-side processing.
This is a browser preview. Because Microsoft PowerPoint uses its own rendering engine, the final presentation can look different in PowerPoint itself, especially for complex layouts, animations, advanced SmartArt, and special effects.
Enter any keyword in the search box to filter the slide list by slide text and notes content. Click a result to jump directly to that slide, or use keyboard arrow keys for quick navigation.
The viewer returns user-friendly messages for invalid files, corrupted presentations, password-protected files, unsupported PowerPoint versions, empty presentations, and rendering failures. Legacy PPT files are not supported in this browser-only parser and should be converted locally to PPTX first.
Your presentation stays on your device. No slides, notes, or metadata are uploaded to a server. Clearing the tool resets all extracted content from the page.
